It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Imogene Rich Barnes (Winfield, Alabama), born in Brilliant, Alabama, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Rich and Vera Mae Rich; her husband Clinton E. Barnes; her granddaughter Heather Hendrix; and her brother Gaylon Rich.

She is survived by: her children, Doug Barnes (Ann), Teresa Barnes Hendrix and David Barnes (Deloris); her grandchildren, Holly Hobbs (Ben), Dillon Barnes (Melissa), Courtney Barnes, Hunter Barnes, Brittney Laws (Austin), Justin Hendrix and Garrett Barnes; her great grandchildren, Bella Mae Laws, Blakelynn Laws, Brooke Barnes, Clyde Laws and Walker Barnes; and her sisters, Evelyn Sue Hosch and Loretta Dunavant (Danny).
