He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dickinson, Sr. and Geneva R. Snipes Dickinson; his grandson Billy Dickinson; and his siblings, Louis Dickinson, Eunice Dickinson Webster and Daisy Marie Dickinson Prescott.
He is survived by: his spouse Mildred Dickins; his children, Deborah Oelberg and Howard "Roy" Leroy Dickinson, III; his grandchildren, Summer Noelle Dickinson Tucker (Jeffery Reed), Cody Charles Oelberg (Kayme), Elizabeth Brooke Edgil and Katie Corella Cook; his great grandchildren, Madison, Taylor, Ashlyn, Addison, Dalton, Belle, Bailey, McKenzie and Drew; his daughter-in-law Libby Edgil; and his pets, Demi and Anna. He is also survived by his wife and cared for her over the years and loved everyone, he was always willing to do anything to help anybody he could, but he especially loved his children, grandchildren.
