He is survived by: his wife Melba Meharg Willoughby; his sons, Curtis Willoughby of Winfield and Scott Willoughby of Winfield; his granddaughter Kenley Willoughby of Hackleburg; and his nephews, Richard Noel (Thanh) of Atlanta and Donny Noel (Tracy) of Brilliant. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
