He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Walter Estes and Rena Dickinson Estes; his wife Betty Susanne Estes; and his siblings, Nancy Deliska Estes, Icy Banks Kilgore, Maxine Flippo, Ida Mae Kivett, Wanda Earl Harris, Pauline Estes, James Estes of Ray, R. B., Basil Estes and Bobby Jo Estes.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Dozier of Tuscaloosa, Pamela "Pam" Dozier of Winfield, Carla Hawkins (Benny) of Guin, Jeffery "Jeff" Dozier of Winfield and Anthony Estes (Kelli) of Winfield; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Brandy, Brandon, Sloan, Malari, Whitney, Cody, Jared, Tyler and Dawson; and his great grandchildren, Alissa, Quinn, Jazzalin, Carvin, Kimber, Hasten, Mackenzie, Haylen, Hayden, Conner, Brooke, Ashley, Anna-Lee, Riley Atkinson, Madison Rain, Riley Nichols, Hunter and Jonathan.
