Powell; his siblings, Craig Powell (Valeria) of Texas and Kathy Morris of Winfield; his stepchildren, Lonnie Spann (Stacey) and Danny Spann (Amy); his grandchildren, Drew Spann, Erin Spann Wytiaz, Drake Spann (Kristan), Cody Spann (Keisha), Hannah Spiller (Zack), Kalie Grace Spann and Hattie Claire Spann; and his pet Tess. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, other family members and friends.
