He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Edward Elliott and Rebecca Gollaway Elliott; his wife Dolores Elliott; and his children, Russell Elliott (Vicki) of Plantersville, MS, Donna Quick of Birmingham and Cheryl Feltman of Meridian, MS. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchild and other relatives, church family and friends.
