He is survived by: his wife Pat Cagle; his children, Nikki Tucker (Eddy) of Brilliant and Tim Mace (Alicia) of Brilliant; his granddaughters, Kaiti Akers (Scott) of Brilliant, Makenzie Finch (Zev) of Aliceville, Sarah of Brilliant and Anna Mace of Brilliant; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Akers and J. B. Posey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
