He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Tidwell and Virginia Roby Tidwell; his mother-in-law Mary Lou Elliott; his siblings-in-law, Judy Tidwell and Jerry Eads; and his niece Stephanie Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Tidwell; his children, Misty Larkin (Doug) of Northport and Cody Tidwell of Eldridge; his grandchildren, Taft, Tate and Olivia Grace Larkin; and his siblings, Linda Phillips (Randy) of Winfield, Johnny Tidwell of Rock City and Bill Tidwell (Mae) of Haleyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
