He is survived by: his children, Gaylon Nicholson, Angie Parker (David) and Tony Nicholson (Donna); his grandchildren, Ron Nicholson (Tabatha), Jessica Barnes (Danial), Kelli Sullivan, Drew Nicholson (Cassidy), Jason Cagle (Maudie) and Paige Phillips (Patrick); his stepchildren, Carl Hassler (Glenda) of Georgia and Sharon Holliday (Rick) of Sulligent; his half-siblings, Terry Marshall of Birmingham and Betty Sue Moore of Winfield; his nieces, Sharon Buzze of Texas and Charlotte Garibay of Texas; and also Martha Alice Benton. He is also survived by nephews, and other relatives and friends.
