He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion O'Mary and Minnie Pearl Hamilton O'Mary; his wives, Grace Marie Zwigart O'Mary and Susie Myrtle Young O'Mary; and his siblings, Dorothy Hewitt, Ray O'Mary and Hollis O'Mary.

He is survived by: his sons, Thomas W. O'Mary (Jill) of Winfield and Gary O'Mary (Sharon) of San Diego, CA; his stepson David Young (Theresa) of Alexander City, AL; and his sister Opal Hollingsworth of Fayette. He is also survived by grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren.
