He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fenton and Lillie Pender Bly; and his siblings, Columbus Bly, Audrey Gosa, Willie Mae Vallejo and Charlene Bly.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Webster Bly; his daughter Kimm Bly Roberts (Tim); his grandsons, Ross Hayden Roberts and Daniel O'Brian Roberts (Andrea Benefield); and his sister Wilma Sullins of Georgia.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the White Springs Methodist Church Cemetery Fund at the Citizens Bank of Winfield in memory of Mr. Bly.
