He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Kelley (Sandy) of Loves Park, IL, Joe Kelley of Winfield, Ken Kelley (Jennifer) of Rockford, IL and Brian Kelley of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jeffery Jr., Serena, Allison, Ken Jr., Craig, Riley and Reece; and his sister Iva Jewel Eley (Charles) of Birmingham. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.
