He is survived by: his grandchild Football of Alabama; his wife Judy Lee Spiller Smith; his children, Jerry Michael Smith (Tabitha), Dewana Lee Smith and Candy Clarrissa Smith-Hollis (Kedric); his grandchildren, Ashley Files (Casey), Katlyn Smith, McChael Smith (Macy), Stephanie Vickery, Trace Vickery, Kali Smith, Brooklynn Hollis and Elijah Hollis; his stepgrandchildren, Chase Cochran (Morgan) and Zack Cochran (Katie); and his siblings, Bobbie Garrett (Bill) and Tony Smith (Susan). He is also survived by his loving wife of 57 years, his children, grandchildren, and his friends.
