He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pate and Mary Meharg Pate; and his brother Henry Moser. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Pate Breeden (Chris); his granddaughters, Chloe and Isabella Skelton; and his brothers, Ronnie Pate, Ricky Pate, Michael Pate (Theresa), William Pate, Kenneth Pate and Allen Pate. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
