It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amanda South (Winfield, Alabama), who passed away on April 24, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Jonathan South; her parents, Russell Carothers and Wilda Gardner; her siblings, Julia Gardner, Melissa Beard (Bob), Russ Carothers (Stephanie) and Chris Carothers (Brandi); her parents-in-law, Johnny and Yvonne South; and her siblings-in-law, Brandice South Lewis (Charlie) and Greg Youngblood. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Marion County Humane Society in memory of Amanda.
