He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Smith (Alicia) and Brian Smith (Vivianne); his grandchildren, James Smith, William Smith, Clara Smith and Zelda Smith; his niece Diana Moorhead (Brian); and his great-niece Haley Moorhead.
