She was predeceased by: her parents, King David Staffney and Birdia Hicks Staffney Chapple; her husband William Bolden; her son Markell Perez Bolden; and her siblings, Eddie Staffney Sr. and Anthony Earl Staffney.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Burns (Tasheka) of Montevallo, William Burns (Shantrice) of Montevallo, Johnathon Bolden (Rachel) of Montevallo, Artice Bolden (Yeshika) of Montevallo, Sophia Cottingham (Michael), Stephanie (David) and Erica Bolden; her siblings, Jimmy Staffney, Timothy Staffney (Havlyn) of Wilton, Alabama., Bertha McCarter of Harpersville, Deloris Smitherman of Montevallo, Cheryl Young of Bierfield, Pamela Staffney, Tara Evans of Wilton, Carolyn Coleman (Larry) of Montevallo and Tanya Adams (Wayne) of Plantersville, Alabama.; her siblings-in-law, Debra Staffney of Montevallo and Thelman Smith of Lake City, Florida.; her cousins, Linda Carl Walker and Willie Mae Bray; and her close friends, Vera Sue Baker, Mona Lisa Devinner and Emerson Naugher. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
