He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fluker; his daughters, Kathy Caddell (Pat) and Ellen Cook (Barry); his sisters-in-law, Linda Bolton (Jimmer) and Susan Simpson (Bill); his grandchildren, Bobby Childs (Michelle), Meaghan Brown and Lindsay Pilgrim (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Jayzk Childs and Maddie Childs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
