He was predeceased by: his son Samuel Guy Wheeler; his parents, Malcom Wheeler and Fay Wheeler; and his siblings, Elaine Wheeler, Lena Mae Wheeler, Herman and James Wheeler.
He is survived by: his sons, Shane Wheeler (Sherry), Dewayne Jones (Madeline) and Derek Jones (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Josh, Michael Wheeler, Gracie, Hunter and Dylan Jones.
