He is survived by: his significant other Shelia Hethcox Mooney; his daughter Meredith Mooney Dove (Lyon Douglas Dove); and his brother John Stinson Mooney.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bolton Funeral Home (207 Hwy 47, Columbiana, AL 35051). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
