She is survived by: her husband Len McCombs, Sr.; her sons, Len McCombs, Jr. (Theresa), John McCombs (Lisa) and Dan McCombs; her grandchildren, Ilene Fielder (Dave), Leigh, Mary, Kayleigh and Laci McCombs; and her sister Janis Porter (Billy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
