He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Armstrong and Amy Armstrong; his wife Virginia; and his sons, Scott and Shane.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Ann Armstrong (Donald); his nephew Mark Armstrong (Kelly); his nieces, Carol Harrison (Ken) and Allison Campbell (Luke); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jon Harrison, Matthew Campbell, Jaselyn Tidmore (Jacob), Jana Baker (Chase), Jennifer Matzke (Austin) and Jill Harrison; and also, Jackson Tidmore and Jon Calvin Baker.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Columbiana (208 N Main St, Columbiana, AL 35051). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Missions Ministry at First Baptist Church in Columbiana.
