He was predeceased by: his parents, Zela Mae Dennis and Lester Donald Smith; and his sister Sue Carol Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Smith; his son Donnie Smith (Krista); and his granddaughters, Madeline, McKinley and Morgan Smith.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilsonville Baptist Church (9851 N Main St, Wilsonville, AL 35186). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at the Old Chapel Cemetery (1912 Co Rd 9, Wilsonville, AL 35186).
