He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rosa Payne and Rodolph; and his parents, Rodolph Payne and Rosa Payne. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Payne; his sons, Chuck Payne (Julie) and Chad Payne (Erika); his sisters, Gennette Sumrall and Bonnie Haney; his grandchildren, Corey Cunningham (Steven), Dr. Taylor Payne (Rachel), Dylan Payne, Mackenzie Payne and Cameron Payne; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Cunningham, Kate Cunningham, Ellie Cunningham and Isaac Payne.
