He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Lewis and Winnie Mae Rowell Lewis. He is survived by : his children, Ashley Kling, Courtney Doggett (Cedric), Candace Lewis, Michael Lewis and William A. Lewis; his grandchildren, Harmony Kennedy and James Doggett; and his sisters, Carolyn Autrey (Harold), Darlene Pierce (Patrick), Donna Schmidt and Mary Pryor (Larry). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
