He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Randall Lewis; and his brother Robert Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Lewis and Darryl Lewis; his mother Betsy Lewis; and his sisters, Laurie Bruhl (David), Sheryl Lewis, Tina Vasquez (Nicomedes) and Monica Lewis.
