She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Johns and Eddie Johns; and her siblings, Betty Lou Johns, Jewell Smotherman, Bobbie Bayles, Billy, Robert and Bo Johns.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Platt (Aimee), Donald Killam (Deana) and Donna Kay Reid; and her siblings, Larry, Earl, James "J. R." Johns, Dorothy McElhenney and Deloris Spearman. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
