He was predeceased by: his parents, Chase Howell and Annie Howell. He is survived by: his children, Gail Hooper (Chris), Margie Sumner, Sheila Wetherington (Jamie) and Paul Vincent Howell; his siblings, Ed, Barbara and Brenda; and his pets, Barney and Wishbone. He is also survived by 11 granddaughters and 10 great grandchildren. also, survived by a large extended family.
