He is survived by: his wife Patricia Delores Thompson Nezat (Lois); his children, Pat Jr. Nezat (Debra), Bayne Nezat (Sandi), Keith Nezat (Pam) and Gwen Patrick; his brother Gene Nezat; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Daughtry, Hunter Wyse, Brett Nezat, Dylan Patrick, Joseph Daughtry and Brody Patrick. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
