She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Prestwood and Mary Prestwood. She is survived by: her brother Terry Glasscock; and her husband Thomas Drew McDowell. She is also survived by her 41 children and their families that include 73 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to Thomas Drew McDowell or directly into his name at Regions Bank to cover funeral expenses.
