She was predeceased by : her husband Earnest Leroy Phillips, Jr.; and her parents, John Williams and Mary Williams. She is survived by : her children, Daniel Phillips, Matthew Phillips, Susan Mosley (Corey) and John Phillips (Paloma); and her grandchildren, Shanda, Aaron, Randi, Joshua, Jacob, Corey, Chase, Chance, Jessica, Tori, Katherine and Robin. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
