She was predeceased by : her husbands, Leroy Ott and James Matthews; her siblings, Judy Mattern and Donald Woodard; and her parents, Sam Woodard and Essie Woodard.
She is survived by : her daughters, Donna Bentley and Wanda Denise Duncan; her stepson Brett Matthews; her grandchildren, Dennis Bentley, Jr., Donald Ott, Destiny Duncan and Deonna Gattis; and her caregivers, Carlisle Williams, Sarah Buckley and Becky Skanes. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; close friends.
