He is survived by: his children, Kazzalin Mooneyham, Kameryon Mooneyham, Anthony Mooneyham, Adisen Mooneyham, Makayla Mooneyham and Dustin Mooneyham; his parents, Patricia Reneau and Gary Reneau; and his siblings, Leslie Mooneyham, Jimmy Humphrey and Daniel Humphrey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
