He is survived by : his wife Betty Cobb; his children, Debbie Grubb, Rita West and Joseph Michael Cobb; and his siblings, Robert Edward Cobb (Betty), Mamie Peck, Betty Jean Smith (Herman) of Latecia, Phillips and Vickie Appel (John).
