He is survived by : his daughter Graciella Sue Nicholas; his brother Justin Brandon Nicholas (Wendy); his aunt Nancy Harbin Huff; his cousins, Kellie Leigh Huff, Traci Lynn Huff Liles (Michael) and William Scott Huff; his uncle Gary David Huff (Amanda Rose Jenkins); his father James Edward Nicholas; his grandmother Lois Broom Nicholas of Virginia; and his uncle Jerry Nicholas. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other family, friends.
