He is survived by: his mother Tammy Clemens; his children, Austin Clemens, Dean Clemens III, Lexus Clemens, Melody Clemens and Riley Clemens; his siblings, Phillip Clemens, Jordan Clemens, Michelle Endruschat, Darah Gilbert and Jessica Clemens; and his grandparents, Harry and Ina Osburn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
