She is survived by : her daughter Jasmyne Smith; her mother JoAnn O'Ferrell Sullivan; her siblings, Jonathan Sullivan and Priscilla McDonald (Phillip); her nieces and nephews, Dalana McDonald, Drew, Justy Sullivan, Coy Sullivan, Lex McDonald and Jones Sullivan; her great-niece Drew Michelle Sullivan; her godmother Tina Dionne; and her aunts and uncles, Johnny, Jerry, Junior O'Ferrell, Gaynell Broadhead and Michelle Dees.
