He is survived by: his wife Kathy Porter; his sons, Benjamin Thomas Porter (Stacey) and Thomas Kelly Porter (Mandy); his sisters, Pam Bakane and Rosemary Coggins; his grandchildren, Logan Porter, Autumn Porter, Nevaeh Porter and Alexis Porter; and his great grandchild Brooklynn Porter.

“Judy and I are shocked and sad to hear of the passing of Tom.He was a great friend.I had many good times playing golf with him.I hadn't been able to play for years so I lost contact with him and Kathy and didn't realize he had become Ill. Our prayers go out to Kathy and the entire family,I know he and "Hammer",Mike Meadows ,another friend and fellow golfer,we lost way too soon will be battling out on that golf course above.We will miss you Tom. Alex and Judy Morrow”
