She is survived by: her children, Blake Kalisky (Monica), Pete (Sunny) and Jana Halpin; her siblings, Dane Hooks (Susan) and Wanda Taylor; and her grandchildren, Ty, Tucker Harry, Lawson, LuLu and Ann Ballard Kalisky Taylor.
