He is survived by: his son Sam Butler (Kim); his brother Phillip David Butler; his grandchildren, Britt Glassford (Julie), Rejeana Kamerow (Zack) and Samantha Arkuszeski (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Easten, Millie, Mac, Jaylee, Landry and Greyson.
