She is survived by: her mother Nellie R. Ballentine; and her siblings, Charles A. Ballentine (Dee), James "Terry" Ballentine (Bill), Yolanda Ballentine, Melinda K. Pruitt and Tammy Rolling. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
