She is survived by: her husband Jerry Carlisle; her mother Sara Lavada Head; her child Trooper; her nieces, Renata Valerie Reid, Christina Anne Cheri Wampler, Kelly Theresa Duncan and Bonnie Head; her nephew Adam Head of Alec Head; and her siblings, Carla Hungate, Paul Head, Karen Head, Gary Head and David Head.
