Phyllis B. Whitaker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis B. Whitaker in Wetumpka, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Whitaker (Melba Waters) and Robert "Bob" Whitaker Sr.; her son Craig; her brothers, Timothy and Michael Waters; and her daughter-in-law Karen Whitaker.
She is survived by: her significant other Bob; her sons, Robert Jr. and Gary; her grandchildren, Amy, Brooks High, Nathan Whitaker, Brittany and Daniel Craig; her great grandchildren, Jacob High, Mason Whitaker, Maci Whitaker and Clay High; her brother Reginald; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Waters, Joan Waters and Wendy Waters. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shoal Creek Baptist Church (13214 Holtville Rd, Deatsville, AL 36092).
