She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Lynn Forehand; her parents, Daniel Herren and Carolyn Herren; her siblings, Mary Ann Herren Williams, Dan Herren Jr. and Carolyn Herren (Caline); and her daughter-in-law Martee Forehand.

She is survived by: her children, Nina Forehand, David Forehand (Lynlee), Tommy Forehand, Susan Forehand Crockett (Daniel) and Jeanne Forehand Williams (Mark). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home Chapel (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092).
