We bid farewell to Marsha V. Golden of Wetumpka, Alabama, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 31, 2025 at the age of 82. Marsha touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her significant other George David Golden; her son George Gregory Golden; her parents, Lester Whitehead and Leota Whitehead; and her brother O'Neal Whitehead.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Knight (Donald); her grandchildren, Summer Knight Ready (Cody) of Donald, Knight II (Courtney) and Hannah Claire Golden; her great grandchildren, Deegan Knight, Dawsyn Knight, Stratton Ready, Sutton Ready, Dusty Knight, Harper Ready and Brooks Dutton; and her sister Nannett Zirkelbach (Richard).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home Chapel (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092).
