He is survived by: his wife Christine Blake; his children, Jennifer Hagans (Michael) and William Blake (Wendy); his granddaughters, Makayla Blake and Ella Grace Hagans; his sister Phyllis Blake; his mother-in-law Bernadette Montgomery; and his brother-in-law John Montgomery (Deb).
