He was predeceased by: his parents, Anselm Rook and Clara Appel; and his brother John Rook. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rook; his children, Sandy Kennedy and David Rook (Trina); his grandchildren, Zac, Rachel, Katie and Jake (Carli); and his great grandchildren, Emma Halie, Ezra and James Scarlett.
