He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorthy Elizabeth Parker and James Parker; and his sisters, Sarah Parker and Evelyn Parker Bradley. He is survived by: his brother James Parker; and his children, Beth Parker, Pamela Parker McGehee and Terry Carlton Parker Jr. (Chip). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
