He was predeceased by: his son George Woodruff Jr.; and his parents, Russell Rice and Francis Kinard. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rice; his daughters, Paula Dailey (Jeramie) and Cheryl Davis (Craig); and his sisters, Darla White (Lionel) and Sharon Hobson (Gary). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
