She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton Pratt and Essie Ray Pratt; her husband Jack McCool; her daughter Cindy McCool; and her siblings, Roy Pratt, Billy Pratt and Ann Hutchins.

She is survived by: her son Joe McCool of West Blocton; and her sister Mary Needham of West Blocton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
